Sitting at a computer or office desk all
 day can really add stress to your body,
 along with the stresses that work creates
 as well. These high levels of stress can
 have a dramatically negative impact on
 your health, leading to health issues such
 as depression and anxiety and illness
 from exhaustion. In order to prevent
 these health issues, and any others that
 may occur as a result of stress at work, it
 is important to do all that you can to
 reduce workplace stress.
There are many different ways to reduce
 stress at work. These include stress balls,
 stress toys, stress relievers, meditation,
 desk toys and relaxing desk décor.

These items and exercises can relax you,
 making you forget about your stresses
 and leaving you more refreshed.
Stress balls are one of the most common
 ways to reduce stress at work as they
 are affordable, easy to use, calming and
