Here's how we've brought together two aspects of our approaches to develop some fresh thinking for one of our clients

3. Sometimes life takes away our ability
to see our strengths and assets!

stuck…..very
stuck!

5. Badly let down by
people he once trusted
and on a cold road to
nowhere!

6. We had to
work on some
strengths!

7. They helped us
create a different
and more hopeful
language…..thought
processes

8. And one day soon after doing this, we went
for a walk.
• The Car Park
• An environmental metaphor for “parking specific
negativity and sabotaging beliefs”
• Asked good questions
• What are you leaving here?
• Why?
• What will travelling without it mean?
• Are we ready to walk away?

9. Pretty soon the perspective changes
• There’s all sorts of imagery going on here,
including some interesting geometrical and
mathematical language applied to abstract
feelings
• That’s okay because it helped us to make
sense as we talked about the contrast of
potential and aspiration against fixed
positions that we can move away from

10. And other pathways
emerge
• …..and we can tap into the power of what we
have seen, absorbed and considered.
• THERE’S A LOT OF SILENCE TOO!!!!

11. Lets re-visit ratios/scales
and perspectives!
• Hand on heart: we need a turbo charged
moment to consider what it is we have left
behind and how we are going to use our strong
values as powerful and enabling friends
• “I will use my < > so that……”

12. And we end by…….
• Looking again at what it is we have agreed
to leave parked and journey away from
