However, the micro USB cannot be covered fully. I understand that thisis Sonys fault, and I have no choice but to send back the products to get refund.I obeyed the POM policy to return the product after arrival for 5 days. As I wanted to ensure theproduct to be sent as soon as possible, I chose the Express Post service by Australian Post, whichguarantees arrival on the following business day. The product has been in the post office of PointCook, where their office is located there. However, still no staff came here collected it till now as Ican track the parcel and know the parcel is "awaiting collection" (for a day).
