I use the word "geek" with love and respect :-) This presentation covers an introduction to Emotional Intelligence specifically for my technical, logical, left-brain brothers and sisters. Presented at WeWork in SF in January 2015.

Hunter and Hunter estimated that at best IQ accounts for about 25 percent of the variance. Sternberg has pointed out that studies vary and that 10 percent may be a more realistic estimate.
