What problem are we solving?
•Massive amounts of data are generated every day in
semiconductor testing (testing is mainly done in Asia)
• Teams of engineers are often in several countries trying to
make sense of the data, even sending it back and forth to make
final decisions
• Hence: Too many chips are scrapped every day
because engineers don’t have the right information
early enough or they don’t have a clear vision of
what is actually going on in manufacturing
