LOCATION AND IMPORT ANCE <ul><li>France is located in Europe. </li></ul><ul><li>The capital is Paris, France. </li></ul><ul><li>The countries that surround France are Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Monaco, and Spain </li></ul><ul><li>French is the main language spoken in France. </li></ul>

CULTURE – COMMUNICATION <ul><li>Eye Contact </li></ul><ul><ul><li>If you refuse eye contact you are looking down upon that person </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>If a stranger stares at a woman on the street she is to not to make eye contact even if she is interested. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Shaking Hands </li></ul><ul><ul><li>When the French meet people, enter, and leave a room they shake hands. It is considered rude not to. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Kissing Cheeks </li></ul><ul><ul><li>The French kiss each cheek when greeting and saying goodbye to close friends, and family. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>It is custom to start with the right cheek to avoid confusion. </li></ul></ul>

It is easy for them to recognize if a teen girl is American by if she is wearing Uggs or not depending on the place and season. </li></ul>

RECETTE - MOUSSE AU CHOCOLAT <ul><li>Ingrédients </li></ul><ul><ul><li>4 ounces unsweetened cooking chocolat </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>4 l’œuf de poule , separated </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>½ cup sucre </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>1 cup la crème épaisse </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Pinch le sel </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Comment le faire </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Melt the chocolat over low heat in a saucepan. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Remove from heat, add crème and allow mixture to cool. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Separate blanc d’œuf from le jaune d’œuf. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Add sucre to le jaune d’œuf and mix well. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Add jaune d’œuf mixture to chocolat in the saucepan. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Add a pinch of sel to blanc d’œuf , then beat with an electric mixer until stiff. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Stir blanc d’œuf gently into chocolat mixture and let cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>To serve, arrange ladyfinger cookies vertically around la mousse. </li></ul></ul>L’oeuf– egg Le chocolat – chocolate Le Sucre – sugar La crème – heavy cream Le sel – salt
