  3. 3. •  MTA  is  a  global  network  of  social  innova>on  ecosystem  labs  using  Finnish   Educa>onal  methods.  MTA  was  created  in  May  2008,  in  close  co-­‐opera>on   with   TiimiAkatemia   Jyvaskyla   in   Finland,   as   the   Innova>on   and   Entrepreneurship  unit  of  Mondragon  University  Business  School.   •  In   December   2013   more   than   500   team-­‐entrepreneurs   are   taking   part   in   our  programs,  opera>ng  in  7  loca>ons  (MTA  Labs),  crea>ng  an  interna>onal   entrepreneurial  community.   Mondragon  Team  Academy   We are team-entrepreneurs making our dreams become true learning & creating together

Mondragon  TiimiAkatemia  in  a  Nutshell   •  Founded  in  2008  by  an  intreapreneurial  team  inside  Mondragon  Unibertsitatea  Business   Faculty.     •  In  July  2009  LEINN  was  approved  as  the  first  European  official  degree  on  Entrepreneurship   &  Innova>on  offer  in  Spain  &  Portugal.   •  In  September  2009  started  LEINN  Irun  &  in  2010  LEINN  Ona3.   •  In  January  2010  started  MINN,  an  Interna3onal  Master  of  Intrapreneurship&  open   Innova3on  (www.minnteam.com)  aiming  to  implement  MTA  learning  methods  inside   exis>ng  organiza>ons.  Strategic  companies  such  as  EROSKI  Group,  DANOBAT  Group,  INIT   Corpora>on,  &  NRG  are  already  implemen>ng  intrapreneurial  teams  as  their  trigger  to   radical  innova>on.     •  In  January  2012  started  BEINN,  an  new  program  focus  on  offering  MTA  learning  methods   to  unemployed  people  star>ng  in  ERMUA  townhall.     •  In  April  2012  was  approved  LEINN  i>neraries  expansion  degree  outside  the  Basque   Country  &  TeamLabs  team-­‐coopera>ve  was  created  to  run  LEINN  Madrid,  Team  Academy   Netherlands  to  run  LEINN  Amsterdam  in  September  2012,  &  together  with  INIT  to  start   LEINN  Bilbao  &  LEINN  Barcelona  in  September  2013.     •  In  order  to  develop  a  whole  social  innova>on  ecosystem  asnwering  to  the  current  need   for  TiimiAkatemi  cer>fied  teamcoaches  in  July  2012  started  TMINN  Team  Mastery   Iberia  :)

TiimiAkatemia  in  a  Nutshell   •  Founded  in  1993  by  Johannes  Partanen  inside  Jyväskylä  University  of  Applied   Sciences.  Now  a  Special  Unit  of  Team  Entrepreneurship.     •  Core  of  a  learning  method  are  team  learning  and  learning  –by-­‐doing,  which  are   supported  by  team  coaching  and  theore3cal  studies.  The  core  of  the  pedagogy  is  an   applica3on  for  context  of  team  entrepreneurship  based  on  radical   sosioconstruc3vism  and  learning  by  research.  All  the  methods  are  developed  in   Tiimiakatemia  context.   •  Partus  Ltd.  is  responsible  for  adult  educa3on  and  method  transfer  of  Tiimiakatemia.   First  adult  programmes  started  in  1996.   •  Over  750  graduates  of  Bachelor  of  BA  from  Tiimiakatemia  Jyväskylä.   •   The  entrepreneurship  rate  of  TA  JKL  is  37  %.  Two  years  aaer  gradua3on  47%.   •  Over  500  adult  learners  in  long-­‐term  programs  (2011),  over  500  graduates  from  adult   educa3on  on  the  fields  of  teachers,  managers,  small-­‐business  owners,  major   companies   •  400  trained  team  coaches  in  Finland  and  50  in  Europe.  Trained  trough  Team  Mastery   programme  (programme  for  teachers  and  leaders),  see  www.teammastery.net   •  Tiimiakatemia  has  won  several  awards  in  Finland  for  fostering  team  learning  tools   and  methods  for  crea3ng  team  entrepreneurship.

  28. 28. •  The  Rocket  Model  is  a  model  that  describes  the  crea3on  of   teampreneurship.  It  is  a  framework  that  illustrates  the  main   themes  of  learning  in  Tiimiakatemia’s  and  Tiimiakatemia  Adult   Educa>on’s  programs.  Thus,  it  forms  flexible  ”marching   orders”  (process)  for  all  ac>vi>es.   •  The  Rocket  Model  includes  12  plates.  Each  of  them  is  a  domain   that  is  closely  connected  to  the  crea>on  of  teampreneurship.   Each  plate’s  contents  are  described  using  Nonaka’s  and   Takeuchi’s  Knowledge  Crea>on  Theory.   •  The  process  starts  from  the  bolom  where  the  elementary   elements  of  learning  are  created.  Then  it  moves  to  leadership   and  customers.  At  the  end  are  brand  management  and   offerings.  The  whole  process  ends  with  ”the  crea>on  of   teampreneurship  character”.   The  “Entrepreneurial  Teams”  ROCKET  MODEL  (1/4)
