About I am an engineering leader passionate about developing great products, building and leading engineering teams and improving organizational effectiveness. I am currently the Engineering Manager for the Netflix Build Tools team. I am also a co-host of the Ship Show Podcast. The Build Tools team is charged with building tools and services to simplify and streamline the process of coding and building software at Netflix.
