7 Newtons Third Law

  1. 1. Newton's 3rd Law
  2. 2. "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.“ Whenever one object exerts a force on a second object, the second object exerts an equal and opposite force on the first object.
  3. 3. Forces always come in pairs (equal and opposite action) What are the forces involved with a bird flying?
  4. 4. The wings of a bird push air downwards. The air reacts by pushing the bird upwards. Action-reaction force pairs make it possible for birds to fly.
