  2. 2. As a cast member in the DVDs, I am constantly asked how to see the ultimate INSANITY Workout Results. In fact I did an entire bloggiving people my top INSANITY Workout Tips.Nutrition, Supplementation, Support and Form are all key. But the #1 Tip to see INSANITY Workout Results is…. (drum roll please)…. EFFORT
  3. 3. When I say effort I don’t mean to do the workoutbetter than Shaun T. It doesn’t even mean that you keep up with us on the DVD. Heck, if younotice, everyone in the INSANITY Cast is taking breaks as well. Effort is defined as: Exertion of physical or mental power.
  4. 4. To me, true effort means that at the end of aworkout I feel like I truly gave it everything I had. That might mean I took a few breaks. But did I take a break long enough to catch my breath then jump back in, or did I check my phone and take an extended break.
  5. 5. If you have complete muscle fatigue in a certain move, instead of stopping- pick a different Insanity exercise to do that keeps you moving.For example, let’s say you can do any more Push Up Jacks – then get up and do Power Knees or Mummy Kicks until the timer is up.

As I mentioned in the video before, Shaun Talways says, “The work doesn’t start until you aretired” That moment you want to quit is the time you have to DIG DEEPER, FOCUS and GO!Even if that is slower, fight thru. You will beshocked what your body is capable once youbreak through mental boundaries. Usually it isour minds that quit way before our bodiesactually break down.
  7. 7. Lots of people give me a hard time because Iaudibly talk to myself when I am working out.It was something I didn’t realize I did until Istarted recording some of my workouts.But I found that it was a key to my InsanityWorkout Results. All my self talk is a way forme to root myself on.
  8. 8. “You can do this!” “Just keep moving” “I feel myAbs looking awesome”“My results will inspire those I care about toimprove their health”These are all examples of things you will hear megrunting to myself as I do my INSANITY Workouts.
