  6. 6. « Free Enterprise » <ul><li>Most of the government workforce is involved in policy development, compliance or regulatory activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Government role is limited to Defense, Safety and Justice </li></ul><ul><li>Services provided by the private sector </li></ul><ul><li>Public data and citizen information are decentralized and outsourced to the private sector </li></ul>
