Bogdan Bucura, CEO (Portland, ME)
• Bogdan is the founder of Clarisoft Technologies, and is involved in all aspects of the company, from business
development to project management. Bogdan has extensive programming experience and graduated with his
Masters degree in Computer Science from the Polytehnic University of Bucharest, Romania
• Bogdan worked to develop custom applications for Fortune 500 financial and insurance companies, and has
deep experience with many Microsoft technologies.
Robert Benea, CTO (Santa Clara, CA)
• Robert started his career in 1999 with Nokia Networks in Finland where he worked as a Design Engineer. At
Nokia he developed software applications using Visual C++ 6.0. He later went on to join Cisco Systems as
Software Engineer. Cisco awarded him for applying two patents related to network security. In Israel, Robert
published one paper on "Connex memory and rewriting systems".
• Robert has a Masters Degree in Microsystems from Polytechnica University of Bucharest, Romania and is
currently a PhD student with the same university. He undertook various specialization courses with Stanford
University, Cisco Systems and Sun Microsystems. Robert has a great experience in C, C++, Java, CORBA, and
network protocols
Mircea Enache, COO Romanian Office (Bucharest, Romania)
• Mircea has 10 years of experience as software developer and project manager, and is supervising all our
operations in the Romanian Office. His job record includes Felix Telecom (Nortel subsidiary), G3Nova (acquired
by Intel), Motorola, and Freescale.

include acknowledgement of defects and update requests within 1 business day. Our goal is to perform any fix/update to your
application in under 4 business days.
For example: If you enroll in our Gold Plan, then we will reserve 250 hours/month for software development services for your company.
70% of any unused hours will be rolled over to the next month. Your discount will be between 4% and 8%, depending on the project size.
