A brief history of• FASTI Archaeologici: 1946 - 1987• A mechanism for Institutes in Rome to publish their findings on digs throughout the Mediterranean• Managed by AIAC (International Association for Classical Archaeology)• ‘Interventions’ published in note form in giant books for institute libraries• Paper publication was discontinued in 1998 by board of directors
