RESEARCH PAPER AND POWERPOINT PRESENTATION <ul><li>Choose a topic </li></ul><ul><li>Draft a proposal with thesis statement (Forms will be handed out Friday – Forms will be due Monday 9/28/09 in Advisory for revision and Final copy due Friday 10/2/09.) </li></ul><ul><li>Use research tools and skills and write the paper using sources appropriately </li></ul><ul><li>Create a Keynote/Powerpoint presentation about your research that supports your paper </li></ul>
  3. 3. PRODUCT ( Must relate and be connected to the research paper that you write!) Your research paper and product MUST involve new learning and should be something that you’ll be proud to accomplish !

PUBLIC PRESENTATION OF RESEARCH PAPER AND PROJECT <ul><li>Oral presentation of research with Keynote/Powerpoint slides </li></ul><ul><li>Presentation of product—demonstration, experiment, movie, musical composition, performance (dramatic, comedic, dance, etc.) </li></ul><ul><li>Your product can NOT be a Keynote/Powerpoint UNLESS it is to help present your findings of your true product. </li></ul>
