This presentation is aimed at people who want to *do* something positive for diversity and inclusion in their workplaces and communities, but don't know where to start to have a quick impact. I've made up a checklist of 7 'E's to help people along. We cover crucial topics such as: • What can we do to tackle unconscious bias in our systems, solutions and interactions with others? • How can we be more inclusive towards others? • How can we encourage and mentor younger generations to get involved in STEM topics and technical roles both as leaders and in the communities of people who surround us?
