What is Action Learning? <ul><li>Action Learning suggests: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>We have an issue or a problem </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>We have the knowledge ourselves or within the group to solve it </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>We need to apply our knowledge to the new situation we face </li></ul></ul>

How does it work? <ul><li>Individual set members present a problem and: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Have their thinking provoked by questions from others </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Are given the time to reflect </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Go away and take appropriate actions </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>At the next session, tell the group what happened </li></ul></ul>
