  12. 12. FAQs Aren’t we born resilient or not? Isn’t it impossible to develop these things, since they are innate?! Cutting edge research by positive psychologists into resilience suggests that most human beings have a baseline of about 50% of the attributes that make up the relationship to self, others, and environment as! a biological “set point.” 10% is dependent upon life circumstances, and 40% is under our intentional control. So we want to target that 40%!! ! What do the scores in this report really mean?!
