2. Incentives for:
• Lighting upgrades and controls
• Equipment replacement e.g. chillers, fans, pumps
• HVAC re-design e.g. free cooling or ice storage
• Variable speed drive motor controls
• Building envelope
• Building automation systems
• Deep lake water cooling
• Natural gas-fired generators
• Combined Heat and Power (CHP), solar PV (photo-voltaic) and solar water heating.

3. Incentives:
•Incentives are based on the net kilowatt savings
•Minimum incentive $450, no maximum.
•Tiered from $150 to $350 per kilowatt.
•Paid upon proof of project completion.
•Will pay the project cost if the incentives are greater
then the overall cost.

4. Eligibility
•Toronto Hydro Customer for one year.
•Greater than 3kW in reduction.
•Project must start within 90 days of approval.
•Project must be completed & Invoices submitted in
the same calendar year.
•Must not be signed up with other conservation
programs.
•The new technology must remain in service for at
least 36 months.
