Unsure of the big picture but will develop if nurtured by a professional teacher 3. Anxious – Needs to move forward in small steps to avoid confusion 4. Academic – Fails to transfer knowledge to the real world. Poor understanding of other people’s issues 5. Competent – Will move forward in steady steps once he/she is convinced of the need.
