  12. Personal Brands allow individuals to differentiate themselves by consistently articulating and leveraging their unique value proposition.
  13. First, define your mission statement from your passion.

Ask yourself the same question brand managers at Nike and Coke ask: What is it that my product or service does that makes it different? • Identifying the qualities or characteristics that make you distinctive from your competitors • What do you do that adds marketable value? • What are you most proud of? • What do you want to be famous for?
  19. Finally, own your brand. Social Media is your scorecard. Your followers, retweets, and network determine your net worth to a company.
