Candidate Generation <ul><li>Job Boards: The use of websites such as Career Structure, Total Jobs, Just Construction and Monster have changed the way in which both candidates search for vacancies and recruiters source applicants. The downside to these sites is that they offer very little confidentiality, which often prevents passive candidates from using them. Equally, a great deal of duplication takes place on job sites, as the candidate’s CV is visible to the entire recruitment market. </li></ul><ul><li>CV Database: The consultancy’s CV database may contain unique candidates.
