Easy Access: You can log in to your email account no matter where you are as long as you have access to the internet. More security: Never lose data. If your computer crashes, you have no worries because all your email is hosted and safely backed up on Google’s secure servers instead of on your computer. Better collaboration and productivity: * Coordinate meetings and company events by sharing calendars * Share documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that multiple team members can view and edit all at the same time. * Send and receive instant chat messages right in your Gmail window.

What is Google Apps? <ul><li>Google Apps is a service from Google for using custom domain names with several Google products. </li></ul><ul><li>It features several Web applications with similar functionality to traditional office suites, including: Gmail, Google Calendar, Talk, Docs and Sites. </li></ul>

Archiving Messages <ul><li>Archiving moves messages out of your inbox and into All Mail, letting you tidy up your inbox without deleting anything. </li></ul><ul><li>Any message you've archived can be found in All Mail, in any labels you've applied to it, and in Gmail search results. Remember, when archived, the message still applies to your storage limit. </li></ul>
