http://blogs.office.com/b/sharepoint/archive/2013/03/19/yammer-and-sharepoint-enterprise-social-roadmap-update.aspx
Last November at the SharePoint Conference we announced our roadmap for enterprise social and talked about three phases of Yammer integration: “basic integration, deeper connections, and connected experiences.” (For more details, see the Putting Social to Work post published just after the SPC keynote.).
Delve
Delve is the first experience to use the power of the Office Graph. Delve is a new way to search and discover content across Office 365 based on personalized insights. Delve will roll out in phases and initially be available in web and T-narrow mobile view and will support mobile apps for multiple platforms in the future.

Office Graph is an underlying technology and a suite-wide intelligence fabric that will help you discover content and make new connections. The Office Graph analyzes signals and applies machine learning. At first release, Office Graph incorporates signals from Exchange, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and Yammer with content primarily surfaced from OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online team sites. In the coming months, it will incorporate additional signals and content sources, such as email attachments, video, OneNote, calendar and Lync meetings.

Moving forward, all Office 365 customers, business and consumer, will get unlimited OneDrive storage at no additional cost.
We will begin updating the First Release customers in 2015, aligned with our promise to provide ample notification for significant service changes. In the meantime, get started using your 1 TB of storage today by backing up all those work files kicking around on your PC – with the knowledge that even more storage is on its way!
For our business customers, we are bringing together the familiar experience and user love of Skype with the enterprise security, compliance and control from Lync
Talk, share, collaborate
In the first half of 2015, the next version of Lync will become Skype for Business with a new client experience, new server release and updates to the service in Office 365.
Organizations that manage their admins by component services (aka workloads) had only one option but to assign all their admins the “global admin” role. This is not the most secure scenario because admins who were only responsible for Exchange also had access to other component services such as SharePoint and Lync.
With the new dedicated admin roles on Exchange, SharePoint and Lync, organizations who manage their admins by component services can now grant admin permissions based on those component services those admins are responsible for. This helps limit access to data to only those admins who need it improving security.
In addition, admins can now be assigned multiple admin roles improving the flexibility organizations have in assigning admin permissions. Previously, admins could only be assigned one admin role.
Encryption in transit: across the board. SSL/TLS (our own not OSSL)
In addition to the disk-level encryption with BitLocker, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint will provide per-file encryption. With this technology, every file stored in SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business is encrypted with its own key, and subsequent updates to the file are each encrypted with their own unique key as well. In the case of large files, the files are split into chunks and each individual chunk has a separate encryption key.
Your organization’s files will be distributed across multiple Microsoft Azure storage containers, each with separate credentials, rather than storing them all in a single database. Further, the encryption keys themselves are encrypted.
By spreading encrypted files across storage locations and physically separating master encryption keys from both content and the file map, OneDrive for Business/SharePoint Online encryption provides a highly secure environment for your data.
