This 3d view shows the design of the stairs with a closet underneath, as well as thetwo entrances to the outdoor patio from the living room and dining room.
2nd Floor THE SECOND FLOOR INCLUDES 3 MODEST BEDROOMS. THE TWO BEDROOMS EACH HAVE A BALCONY BUT SHARE A BATHROOM WHILE THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS NO BALCONY BUT HAS A SMALL BATHROOM TOITSELF WITH A GOOD SIZE WALK IN CLOSET. A MEZZANINE AREA WAS DESIGNED ABOVE THE LIVING ROOM TO PROVIDE A SPOT FOR READING OR RELAXING AWAY FROM THE MAIN ACTION BELOW.
This view shows the curved windows I places above much of the larger openingsbelow. It also shows the divider placed on the balcony to create privacy betweenrooms. The railing around the mezzanine was also my first use of the extrude to pathand divide command in AutoCAD.
The steep roof design on this house gives it a somewhat dramatic appearance. It alsocreates the skylight for the living room below.
