Software Engineer with a degree on Electrical Engineering and MSc candidate on Computer Science. I currently work with Machine Learning systems that serve recommendations to dozens of million users. I have experience developing and scaling distributed systems that served hundreds of thousands of concurrent users. I have a professional experience in a wide range of technologies, such as Python, C, Nginx module development, Scala, Java, Lua, Redis, Hadoop, Spark, HBase, and Cassandra. I am also a public speaker and gave talks on topics such as Functional Programming, Video Streaming, and Machine Learning at large national conferences in Brazil.
