Contractor InformationZONE ADMINISTRATORApplicant/Contractor Does the Applicant Have a Certificate or is it a New Applicant? Certificate holders’ information will be stored (certificate issuedfor different project) Name/Address/e-mail identifying information of Applicant Beginning and estimated ending of purchases for project Contract amount/Estimate of cost of materials

Accessing certificates• Department will send account activation e-mail withhyperlink to– Administrator– Applicant• Administrator will have access to all certificates in zone• Certificate Holder can use hyperlink to create passwordprotected account to access certificates (may bemultiple certificates for one applicant)• Viewable on-line and can be printed and submitted toretailers
