Overview <ul><li>New and weak clubs get experienced help. </li></ul><ul><li>Volunteers extend their personal network and get a growth opportunity. </li></ul><ul><li>Service satisfies the Advanced Leader Silver club building requirement. </li></ul><ul><li>Documentation and help are available. </li></ul>

Sponsors <ul><li>Responsible for organizing a new club </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Sell the club idea to prospects </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Help organize meetings </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Complete paperwork </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Each club may have two </li></ul><ul><li>Names filed with application </li></ul><ul><li>Done when club charters </li></ul>
  4. 4. Mentors <ul><li>This is NOT the same as mentoring a member </li></ul><ul><li>District Governor may appoint two </li></ul><ul><li>Mentors join club and support it for six months </li></ul><ul><li>Complete six months after charter </li></ul>
  5. 5. Coaches <ul><li>Up to 2 appointed by District Governor when club has 12 or fewer members </li></ul><ul><li>Cannot be a member of the club at the time of the appointment </li></ul><ul><li>Assignment lasts to end of current or subsequent year. </li></ul><ul><li>Club must finish as Distinguished </li></ul>
