    Great insights sometimes come from very simple, basic needs (Ikea's box) which consumers can verbalize to some deeper psychological needs which you can only glean between the lines of verbatims and analyzed vis a vis behavior.

    Insights rule! However, you ought to be sharp, quick and en punto!
