Managed Ethernet Fiber Media Converter
Managed media converter equips with remote Web / SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) interface,
enables network administrators to easily monitor and setup the converter, the transmission speed and duplex
through web/SNMP browsers. Mostly suitable for those environments requiring a medium to large-scale
deployment of media converters, a centralized platform that simplifies the configuration, administration,
monitoring, and troubleshooting of this gear is recommended. Our Managed Media Converters provide secure
management sessions by supporting SSH, SNMPv3, Telnet and HTTPS. These types of features are used when
managing your corporate firewalls, switches and routers.
Two selectable remote Management modes:
IP-Based remote management.
In-Band OAM 802.3ah (managed by local equal equipment).
Complies with IEEE802.3 10Base-T, IEEE802.3u 100Base-TX/FX protocols, IEEE802.3z standard.
Supports MDI/MDI-X auto sensing.
10/100/1000Mbps auto-negotiation, full duplex, half duplex auto negotiation.
Transmission distance: multi-mode 550M, single-mode up to 120KM.
Complete LED indicators, convenient for network diagnose and failure checking.
Supports OAM function.
Supports remote Loopback function, used for testing and troubleshooting.
Supports port-based remote monitoring technology.
