I've mentioned certain experiments which I did of scrum teams to make them more innovative, creative, and enthusiastic.

With right environments in place, I managed to get success in improving scrum teams involvement and confidence.

  6. 6. ● if we can’t behave same all the time at home, in personal relationship, can’t eat same food all the time. ○ Then this should be applicable to our day to day workings too Being monotonous all the time is not human nature

  10. 10. Sprint Cycles are monotonous working environment ● Post few Sprints (5+, 10+)..the monotonous bug will start kicking in

  17. 17. Wait a minute ? ● How people playing the game or engage in a war is unplanned ? ● They plan but before the starting of game or war. once started nothing can be planned even if the things are not going according to the plan
  18. 18. Oh ok… But how will I Plan for SPRINT UnPlanned? No, Dont plan.. that’s what we Want
  19. 19. Ask Scrum Teams to ● Pick the work items from Product backlog based on own their choice ● We’ll come to know what they did only on demos
