Idea rating sheets - instructions template

  2. 2. 2 What are idea rating sheets? • Equal opportunity meeting tool • Gather everyone’s ideas • Recognize collective opinions
  3. 3. 3 1. Information 5-10 minutes • Presentation on the session topic • Review the background materials provided [insert image of background materials, e.g. cover page]
  4. 4. 4 2. Small Group Discussions 15-20 minutes • Quick round of introductions • Share ideas and opinions: 1. [question number one]? 2. [question number two? Comment: Less questions the better.
  5. 5. 5 3. Write Statements Write one idea per sheet Write your idea here. Use large and clear printing.
  6. 6. 6 3. Write Statements Use the correct idea rating sheet colour: 1. [question number one]? (green) 2. [question number two? (pink) 3. Other topics – optional (white) Write ideas as a group or by yourself Comment: Instead of colour, you can ask participants to write the question number at the top left.
