  9. 9. How the data will be collated Use Use SPSS for advanced statistical analysif clients are very sophisticated. Produce Produce a graphical representation of the data to get an overall view of the data and any patterns it contains. Involve Initial analysis will involve finding out averages and identifying any outliers( values that are significantly different from others). Use sort and filter options , Pivots and Pivot graphs if abreast with the know how. Download After a set period download the respondents data for collation and analysis using Excel spreadsheet. Send Send “email invitation” to targeted respondents (i.e those who have provided an email address). Prepare Prepare survey using web questionnaire tools ( i.e Google forms or SurveyMonkey).
