I hold dual Master's degrees in Leadership and Organizational Transformation (MALOT) and a MBA from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. Over the past 25 years, I have worked several fields giving me perspective from a variety of careers and industries: Advertising, Media Buying, Promotional Marketing, Publishing, B2C/Retail Sales, B2B Sales, Hospitality/Restaurant, Finance and an IT Start-up. I am presently thrilled to be an entrepreneur in both HR research recruitment and as an independent wellness consultant with Arbonne.
