  1. 1. New Hope New Hope is a not-for-profit 501 ( c )(3) organization in Carroll, IA, which began offering services to adults with disabilities in 1977. The agency grew from the dreams and ideas of caring parents and interested citizens in West Central Iowa.
  2. 2. Mission Statement <ul><li>To enrich the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by offering opportunity, choice and support in an environment which promotes dignity and self-fulfillment. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Residential Services Supported Community Living Allows individuals to live more independently and in their own homes. They can choose where they want to live and with whom.
  4. 4. Residential Services These 3 ladies live in a community home together. The lady in the middle is one of their direct care providers. They have someone with them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
