  12. (3)  There  is  an  emerging  shiB  from  Course  Management    to  Course  Networking   Within  educaOon,  there  is  amove  from  tradiOonal  course  management  systems      to  21st  century  learning  plakorms    
  13. Whilst  in  the  workplace,  there  is  the  beginnings  of  a  shi@     out  of  the  LMS    towards  hosOng  courses  within   enterprise  social  plakorms.    
  14. (4)  Classroom  interacJon  tools  are  on  the  rise   Teaching  and  training  is  moving  from  a  broadcast     to  a  parOcipaOve  experience  
  15. QUESTION  3     How  are  you  offering  a  more  social  (networking   and  parOcipaOve)  environment  for  your  formal   learning  iniOaOves  -­‐  either  online  or  in  the   training  room?

(5)  MOOC  plaPorms  now  being  used     as  a  part  of  a  corporate  training  offering   They  are  not  just  a  source  of    self-­‐organised  professional   learning  but  are  genng  the  seal   of  approval  from    training  departments   who  are  recommending  online   courses  to  their  people

  19. (8)  Sharing  is  the  new  saving!   everything  is  shareable  -­‐     whether  it  be  personal  notebooks    …     blog  and  web  feeds  that     you  subscribe  to  ..   as  well  as  stuff  you   save  to  read  later.  
  20. PosOng  or  pinning  images  has  become  very  popular  –       far  more  so  than  tradiOonal  social  bookmarking.
