Opus Recruitment Solutions pride ourselves on being a young, vibrant, creative and
fast growing specialist IT recruitment solutions consultancy.

At Opus Recruitment Solutions professionalism is
core to everything we do. In order to achieve this

of friendly and specialist recruitment consultants
who are all highly experienced in the IT recruitment

This ensures that our consultants are only dealing with the specific candidate type you are
after – meaning we have long and established, close relationships with the market leading
contractors and permanent candidates alike.

The Sales Support and Client Relationship management team works alongside both
contract and permanent recruitment to ensure that you are provided with administrational,
legal and financial advice and support. This guarantees the smooth running of the
recruitment process and our efficiently handled client enquiries enables our consultants to
concentrate fully on your recruitment needs.

Each Recruitment Consultant and Resourcer in both Contract and Permanent Teams is
focused entirely within a “vertical market”; whether it be Software Engineering, Infrastructure,
Support and Networking, Senior Appointments, Databases, CRM’s or ERP’s etc. This
means that every time a candidate is presented to a client by Opus Recruitment, a market
specialist has technically screened and briefed the candidate on the role. This matrix
organisation has the ability to “scale up” our resources to provide fast market coverage for
urgent requirements.

Each Client has its own dedicated account manager so that you have a single point of

candidates would have worked with us previously or
have been “referred” to us directly. Our position as a
“exclusive” agent for them means that they are only
looking for work through ourselves.

Linked to this fact, an amazing 70+% of our placements
are made from candidates held on our in house, market
leading database. Some 50,000 live IT candidates (all
added and or updated in the last year) are held on this
database which is unique to Opus Recruitment
Solutions and as we are independent this not
accessible to any other agency.

We view recruitment as a delivery based industry – not a sales

consultants. As a result our Recruitment Consultants are put
through our award winning “Academy” where they receive
industry leading training. The average amount of experience our
Account Managers have is over 5 years of IT Recruitment
