      legal and financial advice and support. This guarantees the smooth running of the
      recruitment process and our efficiently handled client enquiries enables our consultants to

The contract team
The Contract team is headed by Ryan Speed, who oversees teams of contract
consultants and contract resourcers.

    focused entirely within a “vertical market”; whether it be Software Engineering, Infrastructure,
    Support and Networking, Senior Appointments, Databases, CRM’s or ERP’s etc.                This
    means that every time a candidate is presented to a client by Opus Recruitment, a market
    specialist has technically screened and briefed the candidate on the role. This matrix
    organisation has the ability to “scale up” our resources to provide fast market coverage for
    urgent requirements.

“exclusive” agent for them means that they are only

are made from candidates held on our in house, market
leading database. Some 50,000 live IT candidates (all
added and or updated in the last year) are held on this
database which is unique to Opus Recruitment
Solutions and as we are independent this not

databases.   This see’s us utilize all of the market leading job boards and websites such as
Monster, Jobsite, Jobserve, CWJobs, The ITJobBoard, PurelyIT and many, many more.


And then there is the “networking” aspect that comes from having consultants specializing in
vertical markets – referrals, headhunting and our reputation mean that we are able to access
candidates that aren’t even necessarily “on the market” or looking for work.
