Even if you’re unsure that depression is the issue, the troublesome behaviors and emotions you’re seeing in your teenager are signs of a problem. Whether or not that problem turns out to be depression, it still needs to be addressed - the sooner the better.<br />
  11. 11. Talk to your teen<br />It may be hard to talk with your teen during there depression but always make the attempt, seek professional help such as counseling and therapy. It helps a great deal when a depressed victim releases there emotions crying is a good sign.<br />
