  2. 2. Dashboard • ZoomSphere Workspaces helps to separate different projects and can be shared across a company or an agency. • Each Workspace has its dashboard which consist of variety of modules. These modules are also shareable across your team. • Each module can be distinguished by name, color, icon or picture. Modules can be easily moved thanks to Drag & Drop feature.

Monitoring Module – monitoring of keywords on social networks, web articles, discussions and forums including setup of notifications. Customer Care Module – solving of user's posts and questions with possibility of assigning them to colleagues. Evaluation based on Response Time metric. CRM Cards Module - identification of leads or ambassadors with overview of past communication and activity on other social networks. Analytics Module – analysis of data from social networks.
