Washington DC Trip Preview - 2007

  1. 1. Washington DC Trip 2007 October 6,7,8 Info Meeting: March 12, 6:00

Cost <ul><li>About $800.00 </li></ul><ul><li>The more that go on the trip, the cheaper it gets! </li></ul><ul><li>This includes every single thing on the trip (food, hotel, entrance fees, etc.). </li></ul><ul><li>You’ll only have to pay for souvenirs and extra stuff you want to buy (junk food). </li></ul>

When Do We Leave? <ul><li>Columbus Day weekend, from Saturday morning until Monday Night. </li></ul><ul><li>We meet at Lakeview earlier on Saturday, at about 5:00 AM! </li></ul><ul><li>We flew on Southwest Airlines (may change for ’07) – to and from DC – and ride busses around the city. </li></ul><ul><li>We’ll come back home about 10:00 PM on Monday night. </li></ul>
  4. 4. Your Responsibilities <ul><li>All school rules and expectations apply. </li></ul><ul><li>You need to get any school work done as every other student will. The “but I was in DC” excuse will not work. </li></ul><ul><li>Represent our community and school well. This includes behavior, dress, manners, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Wear a Sox hat… that make us look goooood! </li></ul><ul><li>Have Fun! </li></ul>
