This is a fairly easy recipe and really delicous!!!!! Dont make if allergic to peanuts!!!!

Fudge Recipe

  1. 1. Happy Holidays!<br />Double Decker Fudge<br />Ingredients:<br /><ul><li>1 cup peanut butter chips
  2. 2. 1 cup semi – sweet chocolate chips
  3. 3. 2 ¼ cups of sugar
  4. 4. 1 ¾ cups ( 7 ounce jar ) marshmallow cream
  5. 5. ¾ cups evaporated milk
  6. 6. ¼ cup of butter/ margarine
  7. 7. 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  8. 8. Steps:
  9. 9. Measure peanut butter chips into one bowl and chocolate chips in another ; set aside
  10. 10. Butter 8 inch square pan ; set aside
  11. 11. Combine sugar, marshmallow cream, evaporated milk, and butter in heavy 3 quart sauce pan
  12. 12. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils; continue for 5 minutes
  13. 13. Remove from heat ; pour in vanilla ; stir
  14. 14. Immediately stir half the hot mixture into peanut butter chips until completely melted
  15. 15. Quickly pour into prepared pan
  16. 16. Stir remaining hot mixture into semi – sweet chocolate chips until completely melted
  17. 17. Quickly spread over peanut butter layer ;cool
  18. 18. Cut into 1 inch squares
  19. 19. Makes about 4 dozen candies
