How could a traditional institution like the World Bank become a leader in Open Data, innovating in transparency, access to information and so dramatically improving relations and reputation? And how is the Bank moving forward its mobile agenda? What would allow for leapfrogging?

This talk was given by Francesco Ciriaci at the J. Boye Philadelphia 13 conference and is all about speed, the importance of mobile in business, moving from strategy to products and from products to strategy.
