  13. 13. Some key observations around how we use our collaboration tools DNV GL © 2013 November 6th 13 3000 people use DNV GL search on a normal day. We perform 9-10000 searches a day altogether and mostly search for people. Around 5000 colleagues use Group or Meeting places every day. There are around three times more internal than external sites. Yammer currently has 11262 members. Around 200 messages are posted in a week. We have 124 video rooms in DNV GL, and most employees have Lync with video capabilities on their laptops. We spend around 3000 hours on video conferencing working with colleagues and customers in one month. Approx. 38% of DNV GL employees are using their My Site – or 62% are not. End of August 2014
