Ascherman M.D. Professor of Strategy and Organizations in the Department of Management Science and Engineering and the codirector of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program, Stanford University. She received her Ph.D. from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. She received her Ph.D. in management science and engineering from Stanford University. Her research interests include corporate governance, trust, and strategic decision making. She examines these issues in the contexts of mergers and acquisitions and entrepreneurial firms.
