About Major Ivan M. Consiglio is a freelance TV-news executive producer and multi-media journalist. Prior to his 2012 retirement from the Maltese army, he led all Brigade Hq press & public relations operations for his last six years of service. He studied art and photography at St. Aloysius College and at the Malta School of Arts. During his adolescent years, he photographed mostly those outdoor activities and those related to general aviation.
