Good day friends and welcome to another backlinking report. In my previous blog post,I wrote about some of the ways to generating traffic and backlinks through blogcommenting. If you are yet to read the post, well here’s a summary;The post actually elaborated on the importance of placing valuable comments on otherblogs with the aim to gain some good traffic and maybe a link back. Just as I pointedout on the 50/50 situation, not all blogs allow dofollow on comments but it is worthcommenting as you could get some good traffic if your comments are valuable.You can read the post here: http://www.bloggers-club.com/2012/10/how-to-generate-traffic-and-backlinks.htmlNow, .com domains are regular top level domains that people comment on. But do youknow that .edu as well as .gov sites could help you rank better and faster? Here’s why;these websites are top level sites owned by top authorities. They are believed to bemaintained regular and of high value to its readers. So if you want to get some goodquality links from these sites, just keep this in mind; DO NOT SPAM!!!At this stage, I already assume you have SEOquake installed on your Firefox browser. Ifnot, install it now: http://www.seoquake.com/guide.phpThe next thing is to head over to Google and enter the search query below replacing“niche” with your keyword choice.site:.edu inurl:blog “post a comment” -”comments closed” -”you must belogged in” “niche”Now in my own case, I want to find .edu blogs on the make money niche. Here’s howmine would look;site:.edu inurl:blog “post a comment” -”comments closed” -”you must belogged in” “money”This is what I got from the search results;
As you can see from above, two of the sites on the top four (4) listing have a PR of 3. All Ineed do is click on the links, read the blog post, drop a contributive comment and waitfor approval. Once your comment get approved, do not forget to ping it.Now if I want to look for .gov links, I would simply change “site:.edu” to “site:.gov” andchange my keyword. Here’s a screenshot to one of my approved comment on a .gov site;
This was on a .gov site. As you can see, the moderator left my link intact because mycomment was meaningful.Here’s another one;This was on a .edu site. Did you notice something? The comment below mine had itslink removed while mine was intact. That comment was promotional.In all, try to read any post before leaving a comment and ensure to contribute somethingmeaning. Trust me; your comments would surely get approved.To your success,Ivan Aliku.How to stay connected with Bloggers ClubIf you want to get more tips on social media, blogging, SEO, make money online, andother internet marketing tips, visit ~ http://bloggers-club.com/You can also find us on;Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/bloggersclubTwitter: https://twitter.com/BloggersClub247Google+ Page: https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/107190530775030826956/
