Javier contribuyó a la mesa temática “Transforming the Higher Education System to Accelerate SDG Implementation” presentando el trabajo de la Alianza Shire, el papel del itdUPM como centro universitario y nodo facilitador, y la evolución que está experimentando la alianza hacia un modelo de plataforma de innovación, más concretamente el Lab Shire.
