The use of online meeting and conference platforms bridged the gap between attendance and the need to follow up, develop the performance of users, and exchange experiences around the world, especially after the Covid 19 pandemic, which caused the closure of many countries and the suspension of services for some companies and institutions in many different areas, which led to a terrible deterioration in services and consumer dissatisfaction. The online meetings and conferences, applications have helped to develop services and know consumer performance trends, in addition to setting strategies and policies for the development of various fields, which led to moving forward and some countries have achieved an advanced position in the welfare of peoples, Governments towards rational digitization and the replacement of paper transactions to digital technology to gain time, speed of completion, establish environmentally friendly groups and limit the spread of climate change. Online conferences and meeting platforms can play a major role in overcoming the crises and challenges that Sudan is going through in communication, as conflicts have delayed the achievement of SDGs for several years, and can also become the best way to develop skills, acquire knowledge and developing institutional performance By presenting this workshop, we will review the most important platforms that can be used and how to choose the appropriate online or offline platforms, according to the purposes of use, virtual affairs that contribute to monitoring the performance of users, and how to overcome the challenges of internet service interruption. We will also work on the most promising free applications available On Google Play and Apple stories The use of online meeting and conference platforms through mobile has proven to be a solution that reduces the gap in providing products and services.
