Sobre la constitución de 1991 y las Ciencias Sociales

In the anniversary of the Constitution of Colombia (1991), it is necessary to verify how the Constitutionn has been worked, its lack of knowledge, the breaking and the denial of the principles which gave its origin. It is necessary to inquire about Social Studies fuction and who has been in charge to create favorable conditions to promote its knowledge throughout different levels of the education system. Moreover, it's important to analyze the challenges revealed by the continuous social transformations that demand a deep study of the Colombian Constitution.
