  8. 8. Write it down… <ul><li>The greatest buildings have first appeared on paper; similarly, the great objectives of our lives also have to first appear on paper before they can be turned into our realities. </li></ul>
  9. 9. Set deadlines… <ul><li>Setting deadlines forces us to be efficient in reaching our objectives, because it reminds us that we don’t have all the time in the world to reach them. </li></ul>
  10. 10. Prioritize… <ul><li>To ensure that we won’t be making progress on a less important goal at the expense of a more important goal </li></ul>
  11. 11. Balance… <ul><li>Set goals in all the important areas of life </li></ul>
  12. 12. “ Dare to dream, Care to achieve.”
  13. 13. Never fear or hate exam and be confident.
  14. 14. <ul><li>Exam Fear or Stress is not at all bad. </li></ul><ul><li>It is a strong incentive for students to study. </li></ul><ul><li>It poses a challenge for individual achievement. </li></ul><ul><li>It can be positive, helping you to study motivated & focussed. </li></ul><ul><li>Low levels of stress are manageable, infact necessary & normal. </li></ul>

  17. 17. <ul><li>Offer Namaz regularly with </li></ul><ul><li>Jamat. </li></ul><ul><li>Read the Holy Quran daily. </li></ul><ul><li>Be good to your Parents. </li></ul>

Open for me my chest (grant me self-confidence, contentment, and boldness) And ease my task for me; And make loose the knot (the defect) from my tongue, (i.e. remove the incorrectness from my speech) That they understand my speech. (20:25-28) </li></ul>“ My Lords! Increase me in knowledge.”

Study Environment <ul><li>Should be QUIET. </li></ul><ul><li>Should be clean and tidy. </li></ul><ul><li>Should be Ventilated and properly lighted. </li></ul><ul><li>Assemble all required material. </li></ul><ul><li>Be comfortable, but not too comfortable. </li></ul><ul><li>Keep water bottle on the desk. </li></ul><ul><li>For every 30 min you study have a break of 5 min </li></ul><ul><li>Other wise For every 60 min you study have a break of 10 min </li></ul>

SQ3R Method (Reading Method) <ul><li>S = Survey </li></ul><ul><li>Look for structure & organization of chapter. </li></ul><ul><li>Q = Question </li></ul><ul><li>Turn each heading into question </li></ul><ul><li>3 R’s = Read, Recite, & Review </li></ul><ul><li>Read to answer above question </li></ul><ul><li>Recite the answer to question </li></ul><ul><li>Review – immediate & delayed </li></ul>
