  2. 2. Usability is a critical factor in the user onboarding process. The ease with which features are adopted by users determines the entire service’s onboarding success.
  3. 3. Not everyone is a usability expert or can afford professional usability testing services.
  4. 4. So we put together a short list of usability factors to focus you on the things that matter.
  5. 5. A/B Testing
  6. 6. In a SaaS environment, A/B testing presents two separate user groups with two different implementations of the same feature. The test results tell you which action/feature/flow/UX decision works better.
  7. 7. So it is important to monitor the results throughout the test and remove feature implementations that users find more difficult.
  8. 8. Use an analytics dashboard to get better statistics and find out which features need tweaking for a better user experience.
